Chase Nielsen

Chase is an industry expert who has sold hundreds of new and pre-owned boats in his 18-year career. He has personally delivered many of these to their new owners as far north as Cape Cod, west to Texas, and all over the Caribbean. Chase is a Florida native raised in Southeast Florida who explored the area by boat. He spent his youth working and boating throughout Southeast Florida and the Bahamas. His love of the water does not end after a day's work. Chase enjoys taking his family out on the boat and joining customers on their trips to the Bahamas.
Chuck Robbins
BROKER
Chuck moved to South Florida in the 1980s and has been boating ever since. He has traveled extensively throughout Florida and the Bahamas, SCUBA diving, fishing, and enjoying the tranquility of life on the water. With his vast knowledge of both inland and offshore waters, Chuck has been instrumental in helping boat owners choose the right type of vessel that suits their lifestyle. Chuck's perfect day is spending quality time with loved ones and friends on the water.
Colby Sechelski
BROKER
Colby is a yacht broker and captain who has sold over $20 million worth of boats since 2020. He started his career in his home state of Texas in 2016 after developing a passion for boating with his family and friends on the lake. Although he was a novice initially, he soon realized that he loved selling the same type of boat that he owned, used, and enjoyed. He makes it a point to personally sea trial and deliver every boat himself, providing his owners with a thorough orientation. His dedication to his customers is evident in everything he does. When he isn't working with his customers, he spends his time boating, fishing, and enjoying the sandbar and the beautiful scenery in Florida with his loved ones.
Matt McCarthy

Matt has spent his entire life in the boating industry. Growing up on the waters of New England, he later relocated to Florida to immerse himself in the maritime world.
With experience ranging from deep-sea fishing captain to dockmaster, Matt is now a seasoned captain who can't imagine any other career. His greatest passion is sharing his love of boating and helping others create lasting memories on the water.
Derek Bodchon

Derek, a native Floridian, brings a wealth of experience from both the marina and hospitality industries. He holds a bachelor's degree in hospitality management from the University of Central Florida, where he first began his career in marina operations at Harbortown Marina in Merritt Island, Florida. Following his graduation, Derek advanced his career at the prestigious Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida, where he became Assistant Dockmaster at their exclusive 175-slip private marina.
Derek serves as Dockmaster at The Bluffs Marina in Jupiter, FL, overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth facility management. Alongside his marina expertise, Derek has an extensive background in yacht management, working closely with owners to ensure their vessels are meticulously maintained and ready for immediate use. Derek has a passion for elevating the boating experience for all, and he can't wait to help you along that journey.
Chris Collier

Chris Collier is a certified captain, chef, PADI diver, marine mechanic, and professional digital media marketer. Now, he's adding Yacht Broker to his resume! With a deep passion for the outdoors and over 20 years of experience in the marine industry, he brings his expertise to every interaction — both on the water and land. When he is not navigating the water by boat, Chris can be found preparing exceptional meals, diving, camping in unique locations, hunting, fishing, or working on new creative projects. He is excited to assist you on your boating journey, offering his wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm every step of the way.
Chris Collier

Corey’s lifelong passion for the water began on Lake Erie, where he learned to sail and fish at just 14 years old. Over the decades, he has cruised coastal waters from Virginia to Fort Lauderdale and raced sailing yachts across the Gulf of America, Daytona’s Atlantic shores and offshore routes from the Bahamas to Key West.
A graduate of Chapman’s School of Seamanship, Corey earned his captain’s license and has spent years refining his maritime expertise. After retiring from a distinguished 35-year career as an FBI Special Agent, Corey now channels his dedication and leadership into helping others pursue their boating dreams—specializing in yacht sales and deliveries.
Amanda Groff
BROKER
Mandy brings an energetic perspective to NMG Yacht Sales as both an avid boater and a respected female angler in South Florida. She is a member of the International Women’s Fishing Association (IWFA) and most recently placed in the women’s 2026 Pescadora Billfish Championship in Costa Rica. Her boating and fishing knowledge began early in life, growing up on the waterways of Jupiter, Florida. As a dedicated yacht broker, Mandy's goal is to make sure clients have the resources they need to enjoy their time on the water. When she’s not helping clients or out fishing on her flats boat, Mandy can usually be found with her partner, Captain Dennis Kelly, running their Sport Fishing Charter out of Stuart, Florida. She is always planning her next outdoors adventure—often alongside clients who become lifelong friends.
